Our newest ROMA zipSCREEN.2 front-mounted textile screens can also be used for large glazed areas as well as fully glazed corners, providing an elegant and sophisticated solution.

ROMA front-mounted textile screens are quick to install in front of your windows and reflect up to 70% of the sun's rays. Choosing a round, square or built-in box gives you the possibility, for example, of having a combination of windows fitted with textile screens or roller shutters, and also adds to the architectural design of your home.

All ROMA textile screens are made of high-quality materials that withstand strong winds trouble-free thanks to how they are installed. In addition, our broad range of colours enables you to find the right match for your requirements.

zipSCREEN.2

An aluminium front-mounted system with a round- or square-shaped box. Available in a visible box version to be installed on the reveal of the window, onto the window or on the wall, and also as a built-in version to be fully integrated into the façade.

With a possible coverage of up to 18 m², zipSCREEN.2 offers attractive and reliable shading for large windows and glazed surface areas. Add a resistance to wind speeds of up to 120 km/h (depending on element size and installation set-up) to this, and the zipSCREEN.2 system scores top marks across the board.
ROMA zipSCREEN.2 also significantly reduces sun penetration by up to 75%. This creates a pleasant indoor climate for those hot days and wards off prying eyes in the daytime without filtering too much light.
To top it all, we've even developed the QUADRO-based zipSCREEN.2 130 S as a solution for particularly small recesses.
And the zipSCREEN F50 façade textile screen is perfect for mullion-transom façades.

An ideal solution for fully glazed corners. It comes as a front-mounted aluminium element with a square-shaped box.

The fashion for more glazing has now spread to corners. Fully glazed corners are increasingly present as an architectural feature. ROMA's zipSCREEN.2 offers an elegant and sophisticated solution for this type of element.
The fabric guides on both sides of the glazed corner create a unified sun-screening element. A special corner gearbox serves to simultaneously drive the textile screen on the second side. The corner is free of visible guide rails, for a sleek look and an uncluttered view. In addition, the fabric clearance on the corner is only about 40 mm wide.

90° Fully Glazed Corner

An aluminium front-mounted system with an angled box. Available in a visible box version to be installed on the reveal of the window, onto the window or on the wall, and also as a built-in version to be fully integrated into the façade.

It is kept under tension by the weight of the bottom rail, located at the bottom of the blind, pulling down. There is a gap of about 10 millimetres between the fabric cloth and the guide rails.
rollSCREEN.2 can filter the sun's rays by up to 70%. This provides a pleasant indoor climate for those hot days and wards off prying eyes in the daytime. However, there is still enough daylight coming in to create a very relaxing atmosphere.

90° fully glazed corners are seen more and more frequently on façades. For zipSCREEN F50, the textile screens can be driven together on both sides by a special corner gearbox, as well. Visually, the elements fit together perfectly.
